Nashville Scene Suite in Chic East Nash

We had a good stay at this location. The apartment was bright, clean, and well maintained, with three bathrooms and three bedrooms, and updated, tastefully done appliances and furniture.If there was anything to critique, it was communication with the property owners. We had traveled to Nashville for a work trip and were looking forward to a good night's sleep. However, at 11:30 pm on the second night, the fire alarms began sounding in our apartment, intermittently, for the next hour. We called the after-hours number; the person we spoke to was apologetic but couldn't offer much of a solution.We determined there was no fire and that a hallway fire alarm likely needed a new battery. We stood on a chair and unplugged two alarms we believed were causing the problem, which solved it. Maintenance came the next day and replaced batteries and reinstalled the alarms. When I mentioned the inconvenience, we got only, "These things happen," with no offer of a refund or compensation.So, I recommend the property with a qualification. The location is convenient and the apartment is nicely appointed and a good value. The management company responds promptly to messages. But if an issue affects your stay, don't expect much more than a couple words of apology.
